Monthly visits to keep your home it top shape!

    Routine cleaning, replacement, and/or monitoring of ducts, filters, gutters, seals, appliances, etc. can help extend the life of the fixture as well as your home.

    A watchful eye on your home can help reduce the risk of costly repairs.

    Keeping tabs on key areas of your home can help keep insurance claims in the rear view.

  • MAINTENANCE.

MONTHLY SERVICES

  • We provide the HVAC return filter in your home and replace it each month.

  • Test smoke detectors to ensure proper working order.

    *If battery is dead we will replace it free of charge.

    *If unit is not working as it should, we will provide a solution for repair/replacement.

  • Up to 12 feet.

    Light bulbs can be included for an additional cost.

  • Clean garbage disposal with ice and soap to ensure proper drainage and odor free operation.

  • Wipe down high moisture areas of front seal on front load washing machines to reduce growth/build up of mildew.

  • Test drainage of tubs and showers to ensure efficient flow and reduce risk of clogs/back ups.

BI-ANNUAL SERVICES

  • Remove sink/shower heads and descale to improve water pressure and flow rate.

  • Remove and replace fridge water/air filter.

    *Client to provide filters. Filters can be provided for an additional charge.

  • Pull dryer out and clean dryer duct/vent from dryer to exterior of house.

    *Can only perform warrantee backed cleaning on code compliant rigid ductwork. Flex duct in walls can be replaced for an additional cost.

    *If removal of exterior louvered exhaust vent is necessary or vents are located more than 10’ off the ground an additional charge will be added.

  • Clean gutters (up to two stories) to prevent build up, leaks, or gutter damage.

  • Check crawl space for leaks, moisture, proper insulation, and pests (where accessible).

  • Check attic for proper ventilation, insulation, pests, moisture, and roof leaks (where accessible).

  • Check dishwasher, refrigerator, and/or washing machine hoses for cracks, pinches, or leaks.

  • Check shower/tub/shower glass caulk lines for cracked or missing caulk and repair as needed.

  • Install hose spigot/bib insulation cover in preparation for winter.

    Remove insulation cover and test spigot/bib for proper use in spring.

    *Covers to be provided for 2 locations. Additional covers to be added at an additional cost.

  • Ensure fire extinguisher(s) are properly charged, accessible, and ready for emergency use.

    *Fire extinguishers can be purchased and placed in key areas of the home for an additional cost.

ANNUAL SERVICES

  • Flush water heater to remove scale and build up inside the tank.

  • Inspect roof for damages caused by hail, wind, debris, etc.

  • Review panel, GFCI outlets, and any outlets in concerning areas for proper installation and continued use.

  • Inspect doors and accessible windows for proper sealing and weather stripping.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

*Can be added to package or managed for an additional fee so you can enjoy stress-free and hands-free home care.

  • Deep clean major appliances for highest performance and cleanliness.

    *Details and rates to be determined at consultation.

  • Inspection of chimney and recommendation for cleaning/repairs.

  • Client proposed maintenance item that is not on our list.

  • Inspect garage door lift, springs, hardware and lighting to optimize functionality and safety.

    *Details and rates to be determined at consultation.

  • Seasonal winterization and pressurization of irrigation system.

    *Details and rates to be determined at consultation.

  • Subscription to lawn care that is monitored and maintained by Safe Haven Home Services on client’s behalf.

    *Details and rates to be determined.

  • Subscription to pest control that is monitored and maintained by Safe Haven Home Services on client’s behalf.

    *Details and rates to be determined at consultation.

  • Subscription to pool maintenance that is monitored and maintained by Safe Haven Home Services on client’s behalf.

  • Pressure washing of desired area.

    *Priced per designated area.

  • Clean solar panels on array/roof per manufacturer specification(s),

    *Two story roof maximum.
